The Czarnecki family has been a cornerstone of the restaurant world in the Willamette Valley since opening the world-renowned Joel Palmer House in 1997. Now fourth-generation chef and restaurateur Christopher and his wife and business partner Mary bring us The Barlow Room. Set in a historic building in the heart of Dayton, the open layout and lounge style atmosphere make it the perfect place to kick back and enjoy Northwest-inspired cuisine accompanied by a craft cocktail, draft beer or cider or some of Oregon’s finest wines, all while soaking up local history and the true essence of the pioneer spirit.
